Blackridge County is a roleplay-first server — and that includes how issues are handled. Before submitting a ticket, ask yourself:

Can this be resolved through roleplay?

In most cases, the answer should be yes.

🎭 Let Roleplay Lead

Conflicts between crews, tension, disrespect, or ongoing beef should be handled in-character whenever possible.

Tickets should only be used when:

• A serious rule breach has occurred

• There is no fair or reasonable RP path forward

• Staff intervention is genuinely required

Using tickets for minor issues or skipping RP escalation breaks immersion and slows down resolution for everyone.

🚫 No Nagging or Ticket Spamming

Repeated tickets or messages regarding:

• Promotions

• Tier or status changes

• Requests that have already been acknowledged

will be dismissed without response.

Let systems and RP play out naturally — if you’re moving in the right direction, staff will notice.
